1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Certain items such as used pet products, perishable goods, or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return for safety reasons.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will offer a replacement or full refund in these cases.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges
